If your submitted ID documents have been rejected, don't worry! Before you reapply, please check the following:
- Check that the expiration date of the ID document has not yet passed. If it has, you may need to renew the document and submit the updated version.
- Check that the address document is not older than 3 months. If the document is older than 3 months, you may need to provide an updated address document.
- Ensure that the entire document is visible and clear in the photo. Make sure that the photo is not blurry, and that all details are legible.
- Do not upload a screenshot or a file converted into another format with the help of software. Upload an original, unaltered photo of the document.
- If you have a document that has a backside, such as a driving license or an ID card, upload two photos: one of the front and one of the backside.
